DPS Bathinda hosts two-day Inter-DPS Basketball Tournament Boys (Open) on September 26–27, 2026, taking a significant step towards promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and holistic education. The tournament witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 11 teams representing various cities across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu.

The spirited enthusiasm of all DPSians was evident throughout the tournament as the young athletes showcased their skills, determination, and sporting spirit on the court.

Mrs. Mamta Khurana Sethi, DEO (Secondary Education), Bathinda, graced the opening ceremony on September 26, 2026, as the Chief Guest. The closing ceremony was held on September 27, 2026, in the esteemed presence of Mr. Rupinder Singh Brar, District Sports Officer, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
