Delhi Public School, Bathinda (City School) sparkled with excitement and joy celebrating its Annual Function “TICKY-TACKY –the unseen superhero” on 17th October with great delight and pride. The event was graced by Captain Harveen Kaur, proudly commissioned into the Indian Army, and Ms. Anu Goyal, principal of Kids care play way school, who added charm to the celebration with their esteemed presence. The function began with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the principal, in-charge and esteemed guests.
This was followed by captivating performances by our little shining stars who stole the spotlight with theme-based dances and skits, beautifully conveying a powerful message — Technology is a wonderful servant but a poor master! They reminded everyone that we must respect technology and use it wisely for growth, not as a source of addiction.
From graceful dance moves to confident expressions, every performance reflected hard work, creativity, and innocence at its best. The audience was thoroughly entertained and applauded the efforts of students and staff.
The Principal Mr. Jatinder Kumar Saini, appreciated the efforts of the young performers and addressed the gathering with his inspiring message. Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, junior wing in-charge, proposed a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing deep gratitude to the esteemed guests, parents, and the dedicated school team for their unwavering support and valuable presence. The event concluded with a grand finale performance, spreading sheer happiness and bringing smiles to every face in the audience and creating beautiful memories for all.
