Delhi Public School Bathinda celebrated its Annual Sports Day for classes Nursery to III on February 5th, 2025. The event was graced by Mr. Surinder Pal Singh, Director of Bachpan Playway School Goniana, as the Chief Guest.

The day commenced with a vibrant march past led by the school’s NCC cadets, followed by an oath-taking ceremony led by student Swara and a welcome speech by Parth Bansal. The young participants enthusiastically competed in a variety of races and games, including:

Traditional Races: The little fairy race, Mickey & Minnie race, tricycle race, boat race, and 100m race, Burst the Balloon race.

Fun Learning Games: Treasure Hunt (finding vowels & numbers) and Swachchta Abhiyan, Tribal race, etc

Coordination and Focus Games: Three-legged race and Ball Balance Race, Hurdle Race, etc.

Teamwork Challenges: Relay Baton Race and Drag the Ball race.

The Chief Guest lauded the event, and Principal Mr. J.K. Saini congratulated the winners and participants for their sportsmanship. The day concluded with a medal distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks by Coordinator Dr. Anu Sandeep Kaur.

The event was a resounding success, filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a celebration of sportsmanship among the young students.
