Community Services (Shiksha Kendra)

DPS Bathinda operates an afternoon school dedicated to the underprivileged students in nearby villages, offering free education from Nursery to 10th grade along with free books, stationery, uniforms, and more, aligning with the DPS Society’s commitment to the principle of “Service before Self.”

In addition to academic education, DPS Bathinda places a strong emphasis on holistic development. The school organizes extracurricular activities, sports, trips, hands on training in computer literacy and awareness programs to nurture the students’ talents.

Students who have excelled academically are recognized for their achievements during the Annual Prize Distribution day of the main school and also play a significant role in the school’s Annual function extravaganza.

The students and teachers of the main school foster a culture of caring and sharing by celebrating birthdays of each student of Shiksha Kendra with warmth and inclusivity, ensuring a cake cutting ceremony is a part of the birthday celebration accompanied by a small gift. This heartfelt gesture reflects the spirit of unity and compassion within our educational community.
