Inter-House Athletic Meet was held at Delhi Public School on February 1,2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across six houses:  Chenab, Ganga, Yamuna, Sutlej, Chenab and Ravi.

Events and Winners

The meet featured various track and field events:

1. 100 m ,200 m, 400m races (Boys and Girls of classes 4-9)

2. Long jump (Boys and girls of classes 4-9)

3. Shot put (Boys and girls of classes 4-9)

4. Relay races (Boys and girls of classes 4-9)

Chenab House students emerged as the overall champions, followed closely by the Jhelum House. Third Position was bagged by Yamuna and fourth, fifth and sixth by Ravi, Ganga and Sutlej house consecutively. The event concluded with a closing ceremony, where the winning house was awarded the trophy. The school principal, Mr. Jatinder Kumar Saini congratulated the winners and praised all participants for their enthusiasm and dedication. He emphasized the importance of sports in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. He encouraged all participants to continue striving for excellence. The inter-house athletic meet was a thrilling event that brought together students, teachers, and parents, fostering a sense of community and school spirit. It was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie among students.
