DPS Bathinda strives to provide its students with one of the best state-of-the-art sporting and academic infrastructures in the region. DPS Bathinda has FIBA standard Basketball court and a half-court with a floodlight facility. In addition to that, the infrastructure is equipped with all the requirements to host state and national-level sporting events.

The school conducts various Inter-House and Inter-School fixtures. The school has been hosting Inter DPS and CBSE basketball tournaments in the school.
