Sports is poetry in motion. Keeping the physical health of the students in mind an Annual Sports Day was held on February 4, 2023, for classes LKG-V. The District Sports Officer S. Rupinder Singh Brar was the chief guest for the day. The Principal Mr. J.K Saini welcomed the guest by presenting a sapling. Students took an oath to play fair and have a spirit of sportsmanship. The chief guest declared the event open after the oath ceremony by releasing the balloons. Different events were conducted like the Rabbit race, Get ready for school, 80m, 50m, complete the task, three Legged race, kangaroo race, and Hurdle race were some of the attractions of the day. The teachers’ race was an attraction for the students. The winners were awarded with medals and certificates. The chief guest highly appreciated the students’ spirit, confidence and announced that the District Sports department is always ready to work with school for the talented students. The coordinator Dr. Anu Sandeep Kaur presented the vote of thanks.

The students enjoyed the event and participated with zeal and enthusiasm.
