Mittal’s Institute of Hospitality Management (MIHM), Bathinda organized Young Chef Culinary Challenge Season-1 on the occasion of International Chef’s Day 2021. Various teams of Homechefs, Schools, Hotel, and Colleges participated in the event. There were 5 categories of Recipe presentations in which our student Molly Ahuja (XI-H) won the first prize in Cake Decoration Recipe. The judges appreciated her efforts and encouraged her for a bright future. The Principal Mr. Jatinder Kumar Saini and teacher Dr. Bobby Thukral congratulated the student.
