Facilities in the School
Smart Class
All the classrooms are equipped with e-learning gadgets. New block has a special privilege of having latest touch projectors for the teachers which enables convenience and effectiveness. More and more modules are added each year.
Library
The computerized library system follows along with reference books, newspapers and magazines; the library also provides audio visual CDs on various subjects in order to make the teaching-learning process interesting. To inculcate the reading skills, different scholastic activities like reading, meditation, book clubs and book fairs are organized.
Laboratories
To enhance the learning ability, skill and to impart practical knowledge about the theoretical concepts, the school has a large number of modern lab systems including those of Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Biology, Computer, Robotics, Language and Mathematics for better understanding through observation, experimentation and demonstration.
Safety and Security
‘Safety first’ is the mantra of DPS Bathinda. School gates are manned with round the clock security personnel. Regular inspections are conducted for checking hygiene and safety provisions. CCTV cameras, Fire extinguishers and all other legal formalities are complied with.
Transport
Delhi Public School Bathinda boasts of a fleet of 34 buses which covers 45 km radius. The transport system is equipped with full-fledged GPS-Tracking system to assist parents and school to monitor the speed and routes of the buses online. To ensure safety and convenience, each bus has a conductor and teacher in-charge.
Medical Clinic
The school medical room is being managed by a qualified and experienced doctor with the assistance of a nurse. Besides the day to day work, the medical room provides the facility of regular health check up of the students in the school and the hostels.
Art Centre
